ZINAIDA VAROSIAN
Professional musician, pianist, and piano instructor
Native of Tbilisi, Georgia, for three decades I have been living in Montreal, QC. As a passionate admirer and practitioner of classical music, in my teaching practice, I use the best European and North American Methods.
Throughout my professional journey, I have been teaching students of all levels and ages, who soon become inspired with deep love and appreciation for music.
My decades-long experience as an instructor helped me acquire a solid basis for proper adaptation of my methods to the rhythm of each student to help develop the necessary qualities to meet personal goals.
My students usually graduate among the top in exams and competitions. Some have received a distinction for outstanding work from McGill Conservatory and were awarded a Gold Medal from Toronto Royal Conservatory.

Teacher Recognition by McGill Conservatory, Community Program of the Schulich School of Music
2020 is a year where so many students were faced with major challenges in order to continue making music. With the support of their resourceful and dedicated teachers, these students were able to overcome the obstacles imposed by the impact of COVID-19. The McGill Conservatory congratulates the Teachers (and Institutions) who supported their students in successfully passing their 2020 Examinations and thanks them for continuing to enrich their students’ musical experience with McGill Conservatory Examinations despite this year’s challenges and for being an active member of the McGill Conservatory Examination Network.
